How do I cancel my policy?View
Should you wish to cancel your policy, you must confirm this in writing informing us of the date that the policy is to be cancelled and the reason you wish us to cancel. You must enclose any valid insurance certificate or cover note that we have sent you. We are unable to backdate the cancellation to any date prior to the date we receive return of your documents. If you have made any claim against your policy or reported any accident during the term of your policy, you will automatically become liable for the full premium and will therefore receive NO REFUND, even if you cancel prior to the end of your term.
