Public Liability
Many operators are now being asked to provide additional Public Liability Cover, especially where council contract work is involved. Your vehicle Public Liability covers passengers while they are travelling in the vehicle or getting into or out of the vehicle. Local Authority contracts for school children require you to be liable for the children door to door. If a child is injured crossing the road to go into school after you have dropped them off, you will be held liable. The extra Public Liability insurance covers this.
We can offer this policy either as an addition on your motor policy or as a stand alone policy. We can supply cover for £2 Million, £5 Million or £10 Million.
