Accident & Assault Policy

This is a valuable benefit to being a Cabshield Club member. You or any other driver covered under the policy are also covered under this policy (maximum age fot this cover is 70 years old). This table shows the schedule of benefits but you would need to refer to the policy wording for full terms and conditions.

The cover provided by this Policy is for the period of twelve months and runs concurrently with the Insured Person's Taxi insurance policy arranged by the Cabshield.

If, during the Period of Insurance an Accident occurs during the Effective Time causes Bodily Injury to an Insured Person ACE will pay up to the Basic Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits for:

Death Loss of Limb - Loss of Sight - Permanent Total disablement - Accident Medical Expenses

If Bodily Injury is caused by Assault during the Effective Time ACE will pay up to the Enhanced Benefits Amounts shown in the Schedule of Benefits.

The total Benefit Amount payable shall not exceed the maximum amount shown in the Schedule of benefits for the Insured Person in respect of any one Accident.
